Your Instructor

Andrew Speer
“Every example in this course comes from my own business. Nothing theoretical.”

I built my own AI operating system, Rogerson, to help run a portfolio of businesses and digital products. It brings product development, monitoring, research, outbound and day-to-day operations into one working system.

I use these methods on live products, including KeepCodes.com and AuctionRadar, as well as internal tools for research, reporting, lead generation and operational checks.

This course is based on that real work. I'll show you the decisions, prompts and mistakes behind the finished tools, then help you apply the same process to your own problem.

The ROI calculation

One automation that saves you 2 hours per week = 104 hours per year. At £50/hour, that's £5,200 in recovered time. If the project you build saves that much time, the course can pay for itself quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Do I need coding experience?

No. This course is designed for business professionals, not developers. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can do this. We start from foundations and build up. The afternoon project is guided 1-on-1, matched to your skill level.

What should I bring?

A laptop with a web browser. That's it. We provide everything else including accounts, materials, and setup guides. You'll receive a pre-work video before the day so you arrive with ideas ready.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Lunch, tea, coffee, and refreshments throughout the day are all included in the £599 fee. Dietary requirements are accommodated — just let us know when booking.

Can I expense this as CPD or professional development?

Yes. We provide a detailed invoice. If your employer needs more detail before approving it, message Andrew and he will help you make the case.

What if I can’t attend on the day?

Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the course. Within 14 days, you can transfer your place to a colleague or move to a future date at no extra cost. And if you attend and don’t build something working by 5pm, you get a full refund — no questions asked.

What AI tools will we use?

Primarily Claude (by Anthropic), plus a guided introduction to Claude Code. You do not need to be a developer: Andrew handles the technical setup and helps you through each step. We also cover when to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other tools.

Is this just a sales pitch for AI products?

No. Andrew is an independent practitioner, not an AI vendor. The course teaches you to use commercially available tools effectively. No product to sell, no upsell — just practical skills.

What do I actually leave with?

A working AI project you built yourself, deployed and live. Plus a prompt engineering playbook, a personal AI toolkit recommendation, and 30 days of email support for questions after the course.

How is this different from online AI courses?

You’re in a room with 7 other professionals and an instructor who builds with AI every day. When you get stuck, someone fixes it in real time. When you have a specific business question, you get a specific answer. Online courses can’t do that.
